You sure those are not snail eggs? Almost looks like a slime trail leading away from it.

yeah looks just like it could be snails eggs but their not :) slime mold starts from slime that looks like snail slime, In this case the white beads are part of the clear slime mold, They are forming to turn to spore to repeat the process

Slime mold can move really fast, even 7 mm/h ;-).
